• Early bird registrations end on the 31st of May 2024.
• Purchase orders can only be used until the 1st of June 2024, after this date payment will only be possible via transfer or card.
• Inscriptions close on the 10th of June 2024 14th of June 2024.

Inscription fees are as follows (taxes included):

• Students: 200€ (250€ after the early bird deadline)
• Academics: 300€ (350€ after the early bird deadline)
• Industrials: 400€ (450€ after the early bird deadline)

It is also possible to register additional participants for the gala diner for accompanying persons (60€).
